Overview


The composite switch is to find the best input point and the best cut point automatically through microcomputer control, and realize the voltage zero input and current zero cut. The on-off moment is completed by the thyristor, and the running current is completed by the magnetic hold relay triggered by the pulse voltage to pull the contact. [1]


The compound switch uses the thyristor switch and the magnetic hold switch to operate in parallel. It has the advantage of thyristor zero switching during on-off and on-off, and the advantage of magnetic hold switch zero power consumption during normal on-off.


The composite switch has the advantages of no impact, low power consumption and long life. It can replace the contactor or thyristor switch and is widely used in the field of low voltage reactive power compensation


Technical characteristics



1, zero switching:


The thyristor is connected with the magnetic holding relay to realize voltage crossing zero conduction and current crossing zero cut-off, no inrush current and no arc;


2, voltage phase protection:


When the system voltage is short of phase power supply, the switch refuses to close; If there is a lack of phase, automatic withdrawal;


3, power phase loss protection:


When the working power supply lacks phase power supply, the switch refuses to close; If there is a lack of phase, automatic withdrawal;


4, under voltage protection:


When the voltage is less than 20% of the rated voltage (220V), the switch refuses to close.


5, self-diagnostic fault protection:


If the component fails, it refuses to close or automatically backdrops off;


6, no-load protection:


The switch refuses to close when the load is not connected;


7. Power failure protection:


In case of sudden power failure after connecting, the automatic trip is disconnected.


8, no harmonic injection:


Zero crossing triggers do not produce harmonics.


9, low power consumption:


Power consumption is only in the moment of switching action, usually not power consumption
