1. Product overview


Intelligent power capacitor is a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment which can save energy, reduce line loss, improve power factor and power quality in 0.4KV low voltage distribution network. The product adopts a modular layered structure to replace the reactive power compensation devices composed of conventional reactive power compensation controllers, intelligent composite switches or mechanical contactors, fuses, thermal relays, power capacitors and other components.


Intelligent power capacitor adopts upper and lower layered structure, composed of zero switching unit, intelligent protection unit, micro circuit breaker, power capacitor, etc., compact structure, convenient disassembly. The module has two kinds of co-complement and sub-complement, in which the co-complement type contains two groups, and the sub-complement type has only one group.

4. Technical characteristics


(1) Voltage zero turn-on, current zero turn-off.


(2) The system has protection functions such as power failure, overcurrent, and overtemperature. The capacitor is removed under overtemperature, and the working light flashes rapidly.


(3) The display interface has a total of three LED lights (four of the supplementary type) to indicate the system power on and the internal capacitor switching status.


(4) After the system is connected correctly, there is no need to set any parameters, and the +12V DC level signal can be directly sent by the external controller.


(5) The +12V DC level signal output by the external intelligent low-voltage reactive power compensation controller controls the work.


(6) CPU adopts dual watchdog design, which greatly improves the anti-interference and operation stability of the system.


(7) 380 volt AC power supply, total supply A, C phase power supply, sub-supply A,B phase power supply.


(8) Type I intelligent capacitor has two states of debugging and working, in the debugging state access signal, no capacitor input, for testing. The signal is connected in the working state, and the capacitor is put in for reactive power compensation.
