With the improvement of rural living standards, various household appliances have been popularized. But at the same time, the surge of electricity consumption has put forward higher requirements for the original weak infrastructure of the rural grid, the quality of power supply and power supply reliability of the rural grid can not meet the demand of rural residents. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the rural power grid. In recent years, rural low-voltage electricity consumption is mainly residential electricity, the load is mainly lighting incandescent lamp, not only less electricity consumption and the load nature is basically pure resistivity (COS=1), while the low-voltage power user load power factor is low, but its electricity consumption accounts for a small proportion of total electricity sales, so the impact is not large. In recent years, due to the rapid popularization and large use of various modern household appliances, residential electricity consumption has not only increased greatly, but more importantly, its load nature has changed greatly. At the same time, low-voltage power customers have grown rapidly, in recent years has accounted for 60% to 70% of the total electricity consumption in rural areas, mainly in the textile industry, mechanical processing, and the power consumption of power customers has obviously shown a continued growth trend. These power customers have equipment with a low natural power factor (COS=0.6~0.7) and are often in low power factor operation. At present, the rural comprehensive transformation of pure residential electricity consumption no longer exists, and the non-general industrial electricity consumption of the vast majority of rural comprehensive transformation accounts for more than 60% (except for public transformation and drainage and irrigation transformation in small market towns). Because the low-voltage power customers have not carried out reactive power compensation in place, and the low-voltage reactive power compensation problem has not been considered in the network reform due to insufficient funds and other reasons, the power factor of the rural comprehensive change is very low, basically between 0.6 and 0.7, that is, the active power loss caused by the reactive power on the distribution line actually exceeds the active power loss caused by the active power on the distribution line. Through practice, the application of reactive power compensation technology has brought a win-win situation for power enterprises and customers. For customers, reasonable compensation can reduce current, reduce internal line loss, and increase equipment output; For the power supply enterprises, the distribution can reduce the loss, improve the utilization rate of the distribution, and meet the power supply needs of more power customers. To a certain extent, the contradiction of insufficient comprehensive variable capacity in rural areas can be alleviated, and the limited power grid construction funds can be used more reasonably.


1.2 Problems Exist


1) The traditional capacitor compensation cabinet is damaged or not automatically switched over the years, and the operation economy of power supply and distribution is poor.


2) The capacitive reactive power is reversed after the traditional capacitor compensation cabinet is put in, which aggravates the capacitive reactive power redundancy of the line. It is necessary to manually remove capacitance compensation during holidays, and the pure capacitance compensation unit cannot realize inductive reactive power compensation. In the case of excess capacitive reactive power of the line, a new compensation device should be set up, which is easy to realize bidirectional capacitive reactive power compensation.


3) The traditional capacitor compensation device adopts hierarchical switching mode, which cannot achieve continuous compensation and has low power factor compensation accuracy. The reactive power of the impact load of low-voltage users in small industries changes rapidly, and the traditional capacitor compensation cabinet cannot meet the reactive power change demand, resulting in the system being overcompensated or undercompensated for a long time, increasing the system loss.


4) In harmonic pollution environment, the capacity of power capacitors decreases seriously, the operation life of capacitor compensation is too long, and the capacitor with too low capacity affects the compensation effect, and its reliability decreases with the deterioration of the medium.



1.3 Solution
